As you pass through the Arbor office, you'll notice a new face. Shelly Albert has recently joined our team in the role of Chief People Officer. Shelly comes to us from a three-year stint as VP Human Resources at CraftMark Bakery and prior to that spent 11 years at Vertellus as Global Director of Human Resources.
Shelly graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University and her Master’s in Leadership Development from St. Mary of the Woods.
Shelly is a lifelong resident of Indiana, and resides in Avon with her husband, Andy. She has two boys, Connor, who attends the University of Kentucky and Landon, who attends Ivy Tech. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Shelly will be making the rounds to learn more about our culture and our people. Expect to see her in meetings, out in the field and touring neighborhoods. Please take time to give Shelly a warm welcome to the Arbor family!
